Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system specifications
• Administer and maintain business applications, ensuring stability and performance
• Perform intermediate SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing plans for new or updated system
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and integrations
• Utilize Microsoft Power Suite tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint) to automate workflows and improve reporting capabilities
• Provide system support for customer service applications and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in developing training materials and educating users on system functionality
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices relevant to system analysis and administration

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of Business Systems Analyst exp
• Intermediate SQL Query skills for data analysis and reporting
• Business analysis experience- understanding the business and how IT functions within the business
• Experience with technical business analysis that will help understand the overall business functions and how IT works with the business
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• System administration experience supporting customer service applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite: Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint
