HVAC Service Technician
Location: Stuart, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25–$30 hour (based on experience and certifications) spiff opportunities.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to install, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and eager to grow with a company that values excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems (A/C, heat pumps, water source, furnaces)
- Perform system installations and replacements when needed
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to customers
- Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and local codes
- Complete accurate service documentation and reports
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- NATE Certification
- Experience with residential and commercial system installations
- Communicating systems, smart thermostat and zoning experience
