Wireless Sales Representative Requirements:
- Generate new clientele for AT&T by working directly with customers to promote their products and increase brand awareness.
- Maintains well-informed knowledge of target audiences in assigned territory; keeps a detailed portfolio of market account trends, territory service changes, local Wireless competition, and common account service issues
- Attend weekly sales training meetings to master established closing techniques increasing company sales margins
- Practice needs-based selling strategies when educating customers on AT&T features and benefits
- Build genuine relationships with senior Wireless Sales Representatives and offer insight into daily customer feedback and challenges to brainstorm the most effective customer solutions
- Offer competitive pricing and individualized sales packages to customers
Wireless Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in previous sales-related positions such as account management, lead generation, prospecting, or cold calling; direct sales and marketing experience is preferred
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be a model employee demonstrating strong work ethic, professionalism, and integrity
- Comfortability working with the public
- Eager to learn about Verizon technology
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
