We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry of journal entries, debits & credits, and account analysis.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other reports for management review.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of corporate accounting practices, governmental accounting, and technical accounting concepts.
- Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, journal entries, general ledger accounting,
- Familiarity with payroll processing, tax experience, accounts payable/receivable management, and budget analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial concepts clearly and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
