We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Douglas, GA.
Position Overview
As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
- Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
- Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
- Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
- Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
- CPR certification preferred
