- Position(s): BCBA for Southington and surrounding areas
Telehealth and in-person hybrid position.
Requirements: Up-To-Date BCBA certification and board certified
Schedule:
- A hybrid of morning and late afternoon/evening hours. Some weekend hours may be needed on occasion.
Role:
- Managing own case load
- Supervising a team
- Developing programs
- Monitoring/analyzing progress
- Conducting assessments
- Performing staff/parent training
- Providing a large majority of the services in-home
- Running social skills/emotional regulation groups
