Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fine Gardening Crew Member located in Waltham, MA. The Fine Gardening Crew Member will be responsible for maintaining garden landscapes, planting, pruning, weeding, mulching, and general upkeep to achieve and sustain beautiful and healthy outdoor areas. Additional tasks include working collaboratively with team members, using hand and power tools safely, and adhering to company standards for property maintenance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in gardening tasks, including planting, pruning, and weeding
- Experience with or willingness to use tools specific to landscaping, such as hand tools and small power tools
- Knowledge of plant care, garden maintenance, and landscaping best practices, or a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in outdoor settings in various weather conditions and on different types of terrain
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage time
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Prior landscaping, horticulture, or garden maintenance experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to the site in Waltham, MA
