Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Chiropractor to join our healthcare team, dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through expert musculoskeletal care. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of conditions related to the spine, joints, and soft tissues. Chiropractor will serve patients of all backgrounds, such as under-served, under-insured, and insured patients. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of pain. Interviews patient, obtains patient history, updates information and documents in EHR according to clinical standards.
- Perform a full range of clinical diagnosis and chiropractic treatment for commonly occurring neuro-musculoskeletal conditions including subluxation complex.
- Performs manual adjustments to the spine and other articulations of the body as needed to improve patient's musculoskeletal system health.
- Perform physical examinations and utilize medical imaging when necessary to inform accurate diagnoses.
- Develop personalized care plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Manage acute pain conditions through targeted interventions and patient education on pain management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and lifestyle modifications to support ongoing health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive primary care and occupational health services are provided.
- Collaborates with staff & primary care providers regarding medical management of patients and common musculoskeletal problems encountered in the clinic.
- Communicates on the planning and direction of the primary care team as it relates to musculoskeletal system care. Relies on interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Demonstrates knowledge and use of medical resources, procedures and policies, and applicable federal and state rules and regulations.
- Demonstrates ability to use clinic’s Electronic Health Records Systems (EHR).
- Perform all clinical and administrative duties expected of a chiropractor.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) degree is required.
· California Chiropractic License is required.
** $5000 Annual Bonus provided.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
