The In-Home Paraprofessional provides one-on-one support to children with autism in their home setting. Under the supervision of a BCBA, the Paraprofessional implements individualized behavior intervention plans, collects data, supports skill development, and helps reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s life while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
