Job Summary
Office Manager
We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to handle the day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping operations of our moving company. This position will focus primarily on maintaining accurate financial records, managing office paperwork, handling customer accounts, and keeping administrative processes organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily office administration and bookkeeping duties.
- Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Process customer payments, deposits, invoices, and receipts.
- Maintain organized and accurate customer and company records.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Use various office software programs and computer systems to complete administrative tasks.
- Manage email, phone calls, filing, data entry, and general office communications.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Track company expenses and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with payroll and employee-related administrative paperwork as needed.
- Handle vendor invoices, bills, and other administrative financial responsibilities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer financial information.
- Ensure office procedures and records are kept accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous office administration and/or bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks is required or strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn and use various software programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and other office systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the moving, logistics, transportation, or service industry is a plus.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
