A Better Tomorrow Counseling Services is seeking a NJ certified LSW or LAC clinician to join our growing practice. We are seeking a therapist to work in our community program or outpatient program.
Part-time positions available:
We are seeking part-time therapists (must be a NJ certified LCSW, LPC, LSW or LAC therapist ).
Part time- Must be able to work 3pm to 8pm and/or weekends.

We handle the billing and the credentialing requirements for all new clinicians.
Minimum paperwork required. Progress notes and treatment plans are in formats that can be done quickly so therapist can concentrate meeting with clients.
CEU’s credits will be offered to all clinicians in a new office setting opening in September 2025. CEU’s will be offered free to all therapists working at ABTCS.

Must have the following Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
Active NJ LSW or LAC license
Must have professional liability insurance
Minimum of one to two years clinical experience working with children and teens.
with relevant knowledge and training in evidence-based practice
Working knowledge of basic computer tasks
Availability to work hours between 3pm-9pm
Ability to work independently and maintain cases
Ability to complete weekly paperwork of progress notes timely.
