At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team. As a home health aide, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.
As a Home Health Aide with us, you will:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with self-administration of medications
- Preparing and serving meals, including special dietary needs as necessary
- Providing companionship and social interaction with clients
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. Experience - varying levels
3. Reliable Transportation
4. Communicate in English
5. Maintain a neat appearance
6. A Good Attitude!
