Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and empathetic HCA Caregiver to support clients in Sylmar, Sun Valley & Stevenson Ranch, CA. You'll enjoy a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage personal commitments while doing meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide compassionate care and support tailored to individual memory care needs.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with safe mobility and client transfers.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home care, especially with dementia or Alzheimer's patients (required).
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to assist with client mobility and transfers.
- Reliable transportation; having a car is a plus.
