- Active CNA/HCA License, or willingness to become certified within 200 days of hire
- Must maintain your professional credentialing by renewing each year and receiving the required annual continuing education
- Driver License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
- Must pass DSHS background check and fingerprinting process
- Good written and oral communication skills
- At least one year care giving experience, preferred
- Personal care, including bathing assistance
- Transfers & ambulation
- Meal preparation
- Transportation to appointments and shopping
- Light house keeping
- Medication reminders
- Companionship & supervision
