Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in client behavior or health to the supervisor.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
- Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
Requirements:
- Previous professional experience in personal care or a similar role is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification is required.
