MUST BE BILINGUAL & HAVE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE EXPERIENCE.
Answer phones and set appointments for service.
Includes any supporting office tasks needed (filing, office reports, maintaining records, etc.)
Must be a quick-study with strong organizational skills.
Strong customer service skills and computer knowledge required.
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Invoicing, collections, create meeting agendas, assist in all office aspects where needed. Plumbing experience preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
