Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will provide essential assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence, safety, and comfort. Your positive attitude and attentive care will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, ensuring they receive respectful and professional support every day.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patients’ health by observing and reporting changes in condition
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Remind clients to take their medications
- Operate equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts safely during transfers (can train you on this)
- Use smartphone application to clock in and out
Requirements
- Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred
- Knowledge of patient observation, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility aids safely
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
