A Behavioral Approach | Edmond, OK
$18–$25/hour | Full-time or Part-time | Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
Overview
Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at A Behavioral Approach, a small, owner-led ABA practice in Edmond. In this clinic-based role, you’ll provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, helping them build essential skills and improve their quality of life.
We aren’t driven by quotas or volume. We focus on quality care for our clients and real support for our team. You’ll work closely with BCBAs who know you, a consistent group of clients, and leadership that’s in the clinic every day. If you’re a certified RBT looking for a practice where your work is valued and supported, we’d like to meet you.
Why Work With Us
- Hands-on BCBA support. Supervision here is personal and frequent, not a check-in once a month.
- Consistent clients. You’ll work with a steady caseload, so you can build real relationships with the children and families you serve.
- Clinic-based schedule. There’s no driving between homes and no unpredictable cancellations.
- Leadership you can reach. Our owners are directly involved in day-to-day clinic operations.
- Room to grow. A real career path, not just a job. Move up our skill-based pay ladder to Senior RBT at $25/hr, then take on leadership as a Lead RBT or Trainer, helping shape the next generation of RBTs on our team

- Maintain client confidentiality and complete accurate, timely documentation in line with HIPAA requirements.
- Participate actively in supervision and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification through the BACB (required).
