We are a fast-growing, high-end med spa specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments including Botox, laser, and skin rejuvenation. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional results and a luxury client experience.
Currently, the spa is run by the owner and has a part-time injector. We are looking for a patient coordinator who can operate independently, take initiative, and bring ideas to grow the business.
Position Overview:
This is not a typical front desk role.
We are looking for a patient coordinator who is confident, polished, and sales-driven—someone who can guide clients, build relationships, and convert inquiries into booked treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, texts, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Educate clients on services, pricing, and treatment plans
- Rebook clients and promote packages/memberships
- Ensure a 5-star client experience from first contact to checkout
- Manage scheduling and maintain a smooth daily flow
- Follow up with leads and existing clients
Qualifications (Read Carefully):
- Minimum 2 years experience in one of the following:
- Med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office
- Dental treatment coordinator role
- High-end salon/spa with sales responsibilities
- Proven ability to sell services or products (not just “check people in”)
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, in-person)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working toward goals and performance metrics
