Under the general supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and improve their relationships. With a passion for therapy and a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices, the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will play a key role in providing exceptional care to clients. The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist must be passionate about delivering excellent client care, exercise good judgment and initiative, work independently, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. This position offers the opportunity to exercise sound judgment and initiative, work independently, and grow professionally. Professional demeanor and appearance are required.
Roles and responsibilities will include the following, but not limited to:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose behavioral health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
- Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of ethical and evidence-based practices in marriage and family therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong understanding of family systems theory.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and EFT
- At least 2 years of experience providing therapy services

On-site and possible fieldwork (Monday through Friday)

Per Diem
