Are you someone who loves animals AND people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager to help lead our clinic and support our amazing team!

✨ What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the heartbeat behind our operations, helping everything run smoothly and efficiently. Duties include (but aren’t limited to):

• Human Resources & team support

• Accounting, payroll, billing & receiving

• Inventory control & ordering

• Administrative leadership

• Marketing & advertising (in coordination with EOS Healthcare Marketing)

• Staff training & continuing education opportunities

• Reviewing and improving internal processes

• Jumping in to assist with patient care when needed

• Managing license renewals

• Monitoring staffing & workflow

⚠️ This is an on-site role — no remote work.

• Isn’t afraid to say NO when needed

• Tech savvy is a *MUST*

Veterinary experience preferred, but may consider other career leadership experiences!
