Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

A Balanced Child PLLC is a privately owned ABA clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, creative, and ethically sound behavioral services to children and families. Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Mentor RBTs through modeling, coaching, and feedback
- Conduct assessments and update program goals
- Maintain assent-based, ethical, trauma-informed practices
- Collaborate with families, school teams, and staff
- Ensure treatment fidelity and meaningful progress

Qualifications:
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, assent-based ABA
- Ability to collaborate within a team-centered environment
- Passion for teaching meaningful, functional skills
