Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a full-time or part-time Dishwasher, working from 8 AM to 4 PM. Duties
- Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients or assembling plates when needed
- Support the catering team by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events or banquet functions
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and organization
- Busing tables and clearing plates during service to facilitate smooth dining operations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for ongoing food service
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with basic kitchen activities such as cleaning, food handling, or serving is advantageous
- Experience with banquet or catering services is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced setting
