What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at A&b Pool Services Llc?
The primary responsibility is to help support the Pool Managers and team.
- The general manager is also responsible for visiting pools and doing a visual “audit” on days you visit the pools.
- You will be responsible for assessing overall order and cleanliness, guard professionalism, helping to fill concessions and procure pool supplies, responding to patron questions/concerns, attending some staff meetings (sharing this responsibility with the other GMs) and helping managers address staff issues.
- We would like for at least one GM to be at every staff meeting and in-service. Communication with the guards and pool managers is very imporant.
- Other duties as assigned.
Must have worked with A&B Pool services for at least the past two summers and one as a Pool Manager.
