Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct quarterly performance reviews on assigned technicians.
- Coach to the service system module to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results.
- Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to offer the right products and services.
- Understand performance criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch to ensure the overall success of the business, including
- Meeting call counts
- Monitoring labor
- Achieving sold hours
- Monitor performance of technicians through weekly ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Update coaching sessions in Bamboo to track progress and development.
- Ensure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
- Review and approve invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Perform other tasks as assigned, such as truck assignments, duty rosters, and operational support.
- Minimum of 1 years in a leadership or management position with successful results.
- Residential plumbing or drains experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but proven successful experience in leadership may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Applications and Internet browsers.
- Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and decisive messages.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a flexible attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
- Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
- Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
