- Pay: $20.00-$23.00/Hourly based on experience
- Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM (Rotating on call required)

- Assign field staff schedules and confirm assignments with employees and patients.
- Speak with patients or patient families regarding schedules, call-offs, cancellations, and appointments.
- Document client data and visits in the scheduling system
- Be the backup to the Intake department for receiving and coordinating home care service requests.
- Participate in office's on-call rotations to provide after-hours support.
- Understand that communication is vital within the office as well as to everyone involved in our clients' care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 years of customer service experience required.
- 1 years of home healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience using HHAeXchange preferred.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required.
