Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing excellent phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, Invoicing and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support office management and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide assistance as a personal assistant when required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Experience
- Must have previous experience in an office setting and Quickbooks Online.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.
