The Delivery Driver is responsible for all deliveries assigned to the route and merchandising the stores they service. Collect payments and store returns precisely. provide excellent customer service and represent A&B in a positive manner. Always driving and working safely in accordance with A&B’s standards.
This position is Monday – Friday.
Base Pay of $45,000 and eligible for incentives.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Projects a positive image to all, consistent with company expectations.
- Physically counts in truck each morning and compares with load sheet
- Maintains “Best in Class” overall appearance of their market
- Fill display and cooler, rotate truck to display, display to shelf
- Build creative displays
- Delivers product orders as written to designated retail accounts
- Performs all rotation, stocking & merchandising delivery functions as directed
- Maintain company assigned equipment and vehicles.
- Understand and comply with all quality assurance guidelines and policies of A&B distributors and its suppliers
- Follows all requirements written in Associate Handbook.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients.
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
- Flexibility with work hours
Requirements
Qualifications, Education And Experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 years’ driving experience
- 1 years’ customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, understand and interpret sales figures, discounts, and margins
- Smart phone to use mobile applications required for the position
- Current DOT Physical
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass).
- Experience with the Distribution Industry
- 2 years of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
