Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, update, and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless, VPN).
- Support and optimize Windows-based server and Hybrid Active Directory environments, including group policies, account management, and file access controls.
- Troubleshoot complex networking issues (LAN/WAN, routing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) as well as system-level incidents (servers, storage, printing).
- Assist with cloud and virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, Proxmox, or similar) to support business needs.
- Monitor system and network performance, implement improvements and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with IT teammates and other departments to resolve escalated tickets and provide root-cause analysis.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist with data center organization, hardware installations, and lifecycle management.
- 5 years of IT infrastructure experience with a strong networking background.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise networking (switching, routing, VLANs, VPN, firewalls).
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, systems, and user-facing issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V, Proxmox) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Network , Microsoft/Azure).
- Experience with enterprise print solutions, security compliance, and process documentation.
- Exposure to infrastructure modernization or cloud migration projects.
