**Job Summary:** We are looking for dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Greet guests warmly and present menus - Take food and drink orders accurately - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery - Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous manner - Address any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally - Process payments using cash, credit, or debit cards - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient service **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials - Culinary knowledge or interest in the kitchen operations is beneficial Joining our team as a Server provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can enhance your hospitality skills, interact with guests, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.
