Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Position Overview

A.B.C. Pallet & Warehouse Supply Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support the daily flow of products, materials, and inventory throughout our warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintaining accurate records, timely shipments, and efficient receiving processes.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy staying organized, working with inventory, and contributing to a productive team environment. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with warehouse experience.

About the Role

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying inventory, maintaining records, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming deliveries and verify quantities and product information.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and visible damage.
• Prepare outgoing orders for shipment according to company procedures.
• Generate and review shipping documentation, labels, and packing records.
• Maintain accurate inventory and receiving records.
• Organize products and materials within designated warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations staff to ensure timely processing.
• Track shipment status and update internal records.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures.
