Role
A Spray Team Technician owns the route from planning your day through execution and work summary execution. You will oversee a route of 5-15 jobs per day depending on needs, ensuring efficient job completion on schedule and within budget. While an individual role, the technician will do whatever is necessary to ensure smooth job completion; you will get your hands dirty.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities, equipment use, and job communication.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and site requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation.
- Adhere to safety meetings, safety protocols, and proactively identify hazards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for route contacts on site.
Qualifications.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and permits.
- Proficient in managing your schedule, internal and external communication, and equipment in the field.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
Working Conditions
- Field-based role with extensive travel to job sites (regional and out-of-state as needed).
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Compensation
The spray team technician is an hourly wage position, eligible for company benefits including PTO, company match 401(k), company-paid health insurance and more.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
