Position Summary
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards. You will work independently and collaboratively with job site teams to support timely completion of electrical systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who takes pride in workmanship, can read and interpret electrical documentation, and consistently follows safety procedures while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Install, modify, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, breakers, panels, conduit, lighting, and related components.
Diagnose electrical issues and complete repairs using sound troubleshooting methods and workmanship standards.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and job instructions to complete work accurately.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate with team members and other trades to support smooth job site execution and project timelines.
Required Qualifications
Journeyman-level electrician experience with demonstrated ability to perform electrical work safely and accurately.
Strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring methods, and standard electrical components and systems.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
Commitment to job site safety practices and safe work habits at all times.
Ability to work onsite full-time and perform essential physical tasks as required by electrical work.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation
Annual salary: $58,205.00 - $72,800.00
