Plant Machinery Reliability Technician - VFDs and Allen‑Bradley

Keep production assets reliable, safe, and efficient. That means tackling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting fast when things go sideways, and partnering with operations to make systems better than before.

• Perform scheduled maintenance and on-the-spot repairs on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose root causes across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical domains.
• Test and verify machine performance against safety and quality standards.
• Share ideas and collaborate to enhance processes and reduce downtime.
• Capture precise records of all service and repair activities.
• Work safely, keep tools organized, and leave work areas spotless.
• Pitch in on new equipment installs and startups when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling/certification preferred.
• Proven track record as an industrial mechanic or equivalent role.
• Expertise with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to interpret manuals, prints, and schematics with confidence.
• Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
• Team-first communicator who follows through.
• Flexibility for variable hours and overtime when required.
• Physically able to stand and climb; bend, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Pneumatics experience, including troubleshooting
• Hydraulic components and system maintenance
• Preventive maintenance and inspection discipline
• Commercial electrical aptitude; electrical/electronic systems
• General maintenance and repair skills with basic welding
