What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Supervision (Women ONLY) position at A and L Health Services?
- This is an experienced direct care position with a 1:1 staffing ratio offering specialized services to individuals with mental illness and/or challenging behaviors in their home or community setting.
- 1year experience with working individual with severe and persistent mental Illness and chronic medical conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required with proven ability to confidently manage behaviors, conflict and high-pressure situations
- Incorporate the CSSP Addendum into daily interaction with the individuals serve
- Assist the individuals served with problem solving.
- Maintain complete and professional documentation.
- Participate in scheduled and spontaneous recreational events, medical appointments, family events, psychiatric appointments, and other activities of the person’s choice.
- Maintain clear, open, and honest communication with program management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Crisis intervention/prevention: 1 year (Preferred)
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
