What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a book of commercial business through consistent prospecting and networking
- Develop relationships with local business owners, centers of influence, and community partners
- Lead thoughtful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and uncover risk exposures
- Deliver clear, confident proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process
- Close new business while setting the stage for long-term retention and referrals
- Collaborate with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff and exceptional client experience
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across Personal Lines and Benefits
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation in our systems to support long-term success
What We’re Looking For
- Active Nevada Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain quickly
- At least 3 years of commercial insurance or outside sales experience preferred
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their own time
- Someone who genuinely enjoys people and builds trust naturally
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up
- Resourceful, coachable, and always willing to learn
- A positive, professional presence that reflects well in the community
