What You'll Do
As the Director of HR & Culture, you'll lead all aspects of Human Resources while serving as a trusted advisor to ownership and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Lead internal communications that keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged.
- Build on and maintain a high-performing, values-driven culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and employment laws
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Partner with leaders on coaching, performance management, and accountability
- Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR policies
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with exceptional accuracy
- Champion continuous improvement through training and safety programs that develop employees, reduce risk, and drive operational excellence.
- Develop scalable HR processes that support continued company growth
- Provide leadership with meaningful workforce metrics and recommendations

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Leadership experience managing HR functions in a growing organization
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience with recruiting, employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Experience administering benefits and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred but not required.
