YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR LEAD GENERATOR - HVAC SALES SUPERVISOR
This full-time management role typically runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional nights and weekends required to meet business needs.
In this position, you will strategically drive our commercial growth by promoting, sourcing, and securing new sales opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating prospective business leads, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing complex transactions that directly contribute to our expansion. REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- Proven experience in HVAC sales and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
