Plane Train Cleaner

A-Action Facility Services Inc. is seeking Plane Train Cleaners who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining airport trains, stations, and passenger areas to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment.

Job Description

Summary:

The Plane Train Cleaner cleans airport train cars, stations, platforms, and surrounding facilities. This role helps maintain cleanliness, supports passenger safety, and follows all airport and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize train cars, stations, waiting areas, and platforms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash from assigned areas.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, handrails, seats, and high-touch surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Follow airport security procedures and safety guidelines.
• Respond to emergency cleaning requests when needed.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus but not always required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain airport security clearance if required.
