Pre-Kitting Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery routes.
- Verify product accuracy, freshness, and labeling.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
- Help organize product layouts for efficiency.
- Assist with inventory control.
- Support machine moves and setup.
- Receive orders and organize warehouse materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Inventory Control
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming shipments.
- Support warehouse operations and equipment moves.
- Work with warehouse and purchasing teams on replenishment.
- Help reduce waste through proper inventory management.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of warehouse, vending, or distribution experience preferred.
- Experience with pre-kitting, order fulfillment, or food service distribution is desirable.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (inventory software, spreadsheets, etc.).
- Ability to pass a Tier 1 background check.
