Scope of Work
The lead custodial services provider is responsible for:
- Facility cleaning: Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general cleaning of all assigned buildings
- Restroom and locker room cleaning: Daily and periodic sanitization, including disinfecting, sanitizing fixtures, and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Floor care: Buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet shampooing to maintain appearance and durability.
- Periodic cleaning tasks: Deep cleaning, seasonal maintenance, and special projects as required
- Specialized cleaning: Compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for the Fitness Center, Youth Center, and Child Development Center (CDC)
- Paper product management: Supplying and maintaining items like paper towel holders and soap dispensers in key area
