Responsibilities
- Operate and drive tow trucks to recover vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle conditions and determine necessary repairs.
- Load and unload vehicles onto flatbed trucks while ensuring proper securing techniques.
- Manage conflicts with vehicle owners professionally to facilitate smooth repossession processes.
- Maintain mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during vehicle recovery operations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the repossession process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations
- Proficient in customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Mechanical knowledge for basic automotive diagnostics and repairs
- Experience in loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Familiarity with operating tow trucks and flatbed vehicles
- Must be at least 25 years of age and pass a drug screen
- Must have Tow Truck or Rollback Experience
- Must Have Class A CDL with Air Brake
