Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail & Experience Associate to join our team. You’ll be the face of the shop, helping customers navigate our collections, guiding kids through their first "mine dig," and sharing the stories behind our gems and fossils.
Duties
- Customer Engagement: Welcome guests and provide "Rockhound" level knowledge on our inventory of gems, minerals, and metaphysical items.
- Experience Guiding: Assist guests at the Gem Sluice and Cave Mine, ensuring they have a safe, fun, and educational experience.
- Sales & Boutique Support: Help customers in The Hidden Gem Boutique with jewelry, beads, and tools.
- Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and "magical" environment. This includes restocking unique specimens and preparing mining buckets.
- Community Spirit: Assist with monthly sales events, workshops, and "Rockhound Club" activities.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
