We are looking for an experienced Generator Field Service Technician to join our South Florida team across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. For more than 25 years, A&A Power Generators has built a reputation for quality work, reliable service, and long-term customer relationships in the residential, commercial markets. If you have real field experience with Generac, Kohler, or similar generator systems, strong troubleshooting ability, and a professional work ethic, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, service, troubleshoot, and repair Diesel & Gaseous Generac, Kohler, & similar standby generator systems.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot transfer switches, controllers. Resi & Commercial sys.
- Perform preventive maintenance, start-ups, load bank testing, and E-Calls service calls
- Complete accurate documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers and the team
- Work independently while representing A&A with professionalism, quality, safety standards and customer service
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years hands-on standby generator service experience
- Experience with Generac, Kohler, or comparable systems
- Diesel and gaseous systems knowledge
- Residential, commercial & industrial experience preferred
- Manufacturer certifications preferred - strong field experience equally valued
- Clean driving record, organized, dependable
