If you have put in the years on standby generator systems and built your troubleshooting instincts through real field time — you already know your value. Who We Want
- Techs with 3 years of real standby generator service experience
- Techs who know diesel and gaseous Generac, Kohler, or comparable units
- Techs who understand residential, commercial, applications
- Techs who can troubleshoot instead of guessing
- Techs who are organized, dependable, and field-ready
- Techs who want to grow into a lead role instead of staying stuck
