Compensation & Benefits

Annual Compensation: $60,000–$75,000

Compensation includes hourly wages, monthly production bonuses, and sales commissions.

What You'll Do

As an A&A Pest Control Technician, you'll help homeowners and businesses solve pest problems while building lasting customer relationships.

• Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and provide effective treatment solutions
• Educate customers about pest prevention and recommend appropriate services
• Deliver professional, friendly service that exceeds customer expectations
• Maintain accurate service records using company mobile technology
• Safely operate and maintain a company-provided service vehicle and equipment
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety regulations

You'll work independently in the field with the support of an experienced operations team.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to exceptional customer service
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage an independent daily route
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of pest control work
• Ability to obtain required pest control licensing within 60 days (paid training provided)
• Must currently reside within approximately 25 miles of Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Long Beach, Ilwaco, or Ocean Park

Preferred, But Not Required:

• Oregon or Washington pest control licensing
• Previous pest control, trades, maintenance, or field-service experience

Previous pest control experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training and licensing assistance for individuals who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Work Location & Schedule

• Service Area: Astoria, Seaside, Cannon Beach, Long Beach, Ilwaco, Ocean Park, and surrounding communities
• Full-time, field-based position
• Occasional overtime based on operational needs
• Company-provided take-home service vehicle
