Scheduling Flexibility
We support flexible scheduling and allow employees to:

Employees are expected to provide at least 1 week notice before calling out of a scheduled shift whenever possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with companionship, mobility, meal preparation, hygiene reminders, and daily living activities
- Arrive on time to scheduled client locations
- Use the mobile system to clock in/out during shifts
- Maintain professionalism and communication with clients and staff
- Follow client care plans and organizational policies
