We are seeking a Bail Bond Agent for rotating, some weekends, and on-call shifts 30 hours each week. Compensation based on experience, minimum base starts $13/hour monthly bonus structure.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities:
- Primary first contact for outreach from incarcerated defendants and/or their loved ones
- Manage and navigate multiple systems between counties, courts, and jailers to assess and manage charges, court dates, and set bond costs
- Manage intake process
- Deploy electronic monitoring systems
- Attend court proceedings and assist in navigating the court procedure process
- Liaison with local law enforcement and county court employees and officials
- Participate in community events and opportunities
- Other duties as required
