Responsibilities- Lead and perform the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with managers, parts, and installation teams to coordinate project needs and timelines.
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out, and ensure truck inventory is accurate and up to date.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Represent the company with a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Journeyman Lead Installer.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
