Solar Apprentice – Leadership & Business Growth Opportunity
Overview of Position
A-1 Solar Power LLC is looking for a hungry, motivated individual who wants more than just a job.
This position is designed for someone who wants to learn how to build a business, develop leadership skills, and grow into a long-term role within our company.
You will work directly with the owner and gain hands-on experience in solar, business operations, marketing, sales, and leadership. Some days you’ll be creating content and helping grow the business. Other days you’ll be working on roofs, removing and reinstalling solar panels, organizing materials, and learning the solar industry from the ground up. Lots of recording so you must be up to date on social media please.
This is not a sit-at-a-desk job. This is an opportunity to learn valuable skills while getting paid.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic Hungry to learn and improve every day Interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and personal growth Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs Reliable transportation and punctuality Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly Willing to work hard and take initiative No solar experience required—we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist with solar panel removal and reinstallation Carry and organize materials on job sites Clean and maintain job sites and equipment Learn proper solar installation procedures and safety practices Film and create social media content for the company Assist with sales and customer communication when needed Learn business operations and leadership responsibilities Help grow and improve the company every day Be willing to take on new responsibilities as you develop.
Pay & Growth Opportunities
Starting Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience, attitude, and willingness to learn.
